Školní knihovna
Anglickou četbu považujeme za velmi účinný – ne-li nezbytný – doplněk výuky jazyka. Přímo ve škole jsme proto zřídili celkem rozsáhlou knihovnu anglické beletrie a všem studentům doporučujeme ji využívat.
Členství získává každý student automaticky a zdarma. Během školního roku si může vypůjčit prakticky neomezené množství anglických knih. Knihovna obsahuje téměř 1000 titulů (více než 1300 svazků – některé tituly existují v několika výtiscích) sahajících svým jazykovým stylem od základní angličtiny až po románovou tvorbu a poezii. Tematicky v knihovně najdete škálu ‘od Shakespeara až po Beatles’, souhrny National Geographic a mnohé další. Pro ty z Vás, kteří by si chtěli již nyní udělat představu, jakou četbou by si mohli své znalosti rozšiřovat, přikládáme přehled svazků knihovny.
