Tasnim Hussain

tasnim.pngmap_uk.gifTasnim has her roots in Bangladesh, but spent most of her life in the UK. That is where she studied Oriental and African Studies (University of London). Later on she extended her education by the CELTA teaching qualification. She acquired her teaching experience in a British Council school in Egypt, at several schools in Londona and at the Masaryk University in Brno.

Apart from her professional career, Tasnim used to devote her time to volunteer work for St Ethelburga’s Centre for Peace and Reconciliation in London as well as for the Association for Environment Protection in Cairo.

As Tasnim loves travelling, she spent parts of her life not only in Europe but also in Asia and Africa. Apart from her mother language (English), she speaks Bengali, Arabic and Spanish. She likes cooking, enjoys literature, nature and outdoor activities, she has interest in ethno-musicology.
